Process

Everyone will have different outcomes depending on the time and energy they put forth into their own Success Equation. Coaching can help you reach your potential through consistent accountability and psychological strategies to help you move through your own barriers to reach your level of success.

The process is straightforward: you and I meet for a brief complimentary consultation to assess your needs and interests and to see whether we are a good fit for one another. That’s right, coaching is a mutual relationship in which we team up together to help you reach your goals. It is a partnership in which we honestly work with one another, while I coach you using a psychological strategic approach.

This means I will highlight potential subconscious barriers to your own success while offering you unique strategies to help you move past these challenges. This does not mean you will be heavily analyzed where we focus on your past and your problems.

What this does mean: we will address any potential barriers in your way of moving forward while strategically gaining a greater level of awareness, understanding, clarity and purpose as you proceed in a very direct way to the finish line.

Coaching Programs are available in 8, 12 and 18 session increments. Depending on your interests, we will work within a specified duration of time to achieve your goals. The speed to which you get there will depend on how much you choose to focus on along with your level of energy and time commitment. The good news is that we can customize a plan according to your current resources.

Consistency is key to the success of the coaching program. It is asked that you maintain a consistent amount of time to focus on your coaching goals in order to develop healthy habits and a strong focus on your objectives.

Every coaching program includes a 2 hr assessment that incorporates your personality traits, experiences, values, strengths, developmental areas and history in order to create your customized Success Equation to follow.
